This provides communities with an inside view of what companies are looking for. This includes input on appropriate community information, relevant incentive packages, and other "WOW" factors that will get and keep the attention of your prospect.

• Prospect Proposal Development assistance can provide specific advice on what companies need and want to see in a proposal. This includes input on incentive programs that work and those that don't work and can keep the State and community from giving more incentives than they need to.

• Project Management Assistance gives the state and/or local community the benefit of having their on location consultant to work with them when the prospect puts them on the short list.
